What is the check in/check out time?
Check in is available from 3pm and check out is 11am. If you wish to check in or check out at a different time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a security/damage deposit?
There is no deposit taken at the time of the booking. We want everyone to enjoy their stay and respect our neighbours. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. By booking one of our properties, you agree that any breach of this rule will result in a £500 penalty fee and may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
Is there parking at the property?
Most of our properties have parking on site or free street parking. Check the description for the property to find out more information. Additonal amenities such as linen, towels, toiletries, WiFi etc are also listed within the property description.
How do I cancel a booking?
If you wish to cancel a booking, you can do so by contacting us directly. The cancellation policy varies depending on the property and you will see hte exact terms prior to booking and upon receiving your confirmation email. Cancellations outside of the policy time are non-refundable.
